Valle Escondido: This iconic undertaking is considered to have been the first Master Planned community in the country.
Located just 15 minutes from downtown Cordoba and with a total starting area of 300 hectares, this enterprise, made up of 1,940 plots of between 600 and 1,000 m2 each, developed into a market leader in sales and public acceptance.
It received the Real Estate Excellence Prize, awarded by FIABCI.
This real estate development had a strong economic impact on the province of Cordoba with an investment of well over U$S 300 million at the outset.
